At Lofts at 335, residents are responsible for electricity, water, trash, and pest control. All other utilities are covered by us.

The apartments at Lofts at 335 are wired for both Frontier and Optimum.

Each apartment includes one free assigned outdoor parking spot. You can also upgrade to a covered space for $75 per month for the duration of your lease.

Pet Policy
Yes, we love pets at Lofts at 335! We allow up to two pets per apartment, with some breed restrictions. There is a $300 move-in fee per pet and a $75 monthly charge. While we don't have a pet park on-site, there are nearby parks for walks and playtime

The Lofts at 335 is located in the historic section of Stratford, CT, just under a mile from the train station and one block from the beautiful Housatonic River. With a variety of nearby stores and restaurants, our community offers a perfect blend of convenience, history, and natural beauty.
