Our application process is quick. Once all information is submitted, you can typically expect an answer the same day.

Yes, Lofts at 335 offers lease terms ranging from 6 to 12 months.

Lofts at 335 accepts rent payments online through our Resident Portal for your convenience.

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.
 

While renter's insurance is not required at Lofts at 335, we highly recommend it. If you choose not to obtain your own, we offer liability coverage for a small monthly fee.

At Lofts at 335, residents are responsible for electricity, water, trash, and pest control. All other utilities are covered by us.

Pet Policy

Yes, we love pets at Lofts at 335! We allow up to two pets per apartment, with some breed restrictions. There is a $300 move-in fee per pet and a $75 monthly charge. While we don't have a pet park on-site, there are nearby parks for walks and playtime

The Lofts at 335 is located in the historic section of Stratford, CT, just under a mile from the train station and one block from the beautiful Housatonic River. With a variety of nearby stores and restaurants, our community offers a perfect blend of convenience, history, and natural beauty.

Children at Lofts at 335 typically attend Stratford Academy, Wooster Middle School, or Stratford High School. There are also several excellent private schools in the area.

There are several grocery stores within a mile of Lofts at 335, including Shop Rite, Stop & Shop, and BJ's Wholesale Club.
